DCE Web Standards and Policies

Distance, Continuing and Executive Education (DCE), as a division within the University of Florida, abides by the University's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for campus computing resources. DCE also adheres to the University's Internet Privacy Policy and all other applicable UF Web Administration Policies & Guildlines. In general, DCE web sites are built using accepted Web standards: XHTML 1.0 Strict or Transitional, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) 2.0 and the Document Object Model (DOM). These sites meet all guidelines set forth by the Web Accessibility Initiative of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and conforms to all standards in Section 508 (29 U.S.C. ' 794d) of the Rehabilitation Act.
