DCE staff is responsible for assisting new and current distance learning programs by coordinating access to distance learning student support services. DCE serves as the administrative host for the Distance Learning Student Services group composed of representatives from the following support units:
- Admissions
- University Registrar
- University Financial Services
- Bookstore
- Student Financial Aid
- Libraries
- e-Learning Help Desk
- Online Proctoring
- Dean of Students Office
- Career Resource Center
